Purposes of collection
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you using the details you provide.
- To send Wellness Village event, workshop and programme updates.
- To share brand-participation and partnership opportunities with interested representatives or partners.

Direct marketing and consent
Where those event, workshop, programme, brand-participation or partnership messages amount to direct marketing, Wellness Village will use your name, email address and phone number only after you actively select the unticked consent box. Silence or no response is not treated as consent.

Who may handle the data
Data is handled only by authorised Wellness Village organiser staff and by Cloudflare and Google as processors providing website, delivery and storage services for us. Processing may take place outside Hong Kong. Unless required by law, we do not sell your data or disclose it to participating brands for their own marketing without obtaining fresh consent.

Retention, access and correction
Unless a longer period is required by law, data is deleted or anonymised within 12 months after submission, or earlier once an opt-out or withdrawal request has been completed. You may use the email on this page to request access to or correction of your personal data, and you may opt out or withdraw direct-marketing consent at any time free of charge. Future direct marketing will then stop.
